Degree Apprentice - Completing the MEGA Degree Apprenticeship in Mechanical and Manufacturing and Engineering The apprentice will gain valuable experience in a range of departments including fitting, production, health and safety and engineering. All apprentices will be assigned a mentor as part of our formal mentoring programme to offer support and guidance throughout their apprenticeship.
